About the Center...

DRCFC -- The Disability Resource Center of Fairfield County, Inc., is a certified non-profit organization whose services are provided both to individuals and to the community. DRCFC is not a residential facility.

DRCFC is an advocacy Center that assists individuals with disabilities to develop or enhance an independent lifestyle.

DRCFC is a resource Center that works with communities and employers to foster full inclusion of persons with disabilities.

DRCFC Can Assist Business Members in Opening Their Doors to Over 100,000 Residents of Fairfield County with Disabilities by:

• assisting in improving the accessibility of your facility

• providing Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) training and education

• conducting disability awareness and sensitivity training

• providing adaptive equipment resourcing and technical assistance

• providing technical assistance on disability issues that affect your staff and/or your customers

• working with you to employ people with disabilities by providing informational resources on disability issues
